The words Nakupenda simply mean "I love you" which are romantic words to someone whom you love. The words Nakupenda have been derived from the Swahil Language as the Inhabitants in the Zanzibar speak Swahili as their mother tongue.
This tour is called Nakupenda but also called Funguni (at the Sandbank). Actually this tour is like a picnic on which you can spend your wonderful day on the Sandbank for whole day from the morning until in the evening enjoying your beautiful time.
This is a full day trip that you will sail from Stone Town to the Nakupenda Sandbank where you can do snorkeling or swimming. In this trip you will be able to discover most of hidden things.
In this tour, you will have some tropical fruits as soon as we arrive at the Sandbank and built the tent for the shade, the tropical fruits you are going to taste will be Banana, Pineapple, Watermelon, Mango and other tropical fruits.
By the time you are at the Sandbank, you can swim or relax and the boatman will cook and prepare some seafood for you and once the food is ready. You will have seafood with french fries. The seafood will be Lobster, Prawns, Octopus, Tuna Fish, Shrimp, Calamari. You will enjoy your food and once you finish eating, you can relax once again, swim or even walk at the Sandbank.
